You start by having an assessment with me so we can see what the problem is and I can advise you on the appropriate action for your bespoke treatment.

Are there any guarantees with treatment?

There are no guarantees, however, if you put the effort in to keep yourself supple and keep moving the best way which I advise, then the problems should sort themselves out eventually. Unfortunately, there are times where we can just help you with the pain and old age kicks in and prevents you from healing fully. Without looking at an individual, i cannot say, but i will always give you the best honest advice which is my personal guarantee from an experienced professional.
